EvoDemo7 and COVID-19
The organization of this year's meeting is highly influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will take the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety while aiming to ensure that everyone can get the most out of the event. Therefore, we ask you to follow these guidelines when registering:
- If you are resident in a country that the Norwegian government has lifted travel restrictions for, you may register as a physical participant. “From 15 July, the Government is lifting restrictions on entry into Norway for people resident in countries in the Schengen area/EEA that have an acceptable level of infection. From the same date, quarantine will no longer be required on entry from these countries and regions.” Source: https://www.regjeringen.no/en/aktuelt/new-travel-advice-for-travel-between-norway-and-other-european-countries/id2722585/.
If travel restrictions are reinstated at the time of the EvoDemo7 meeting and you are prevented from attending physically, you will be refunded. - If you are resident in a country that the Norwegian government has NOT lifted travel restrictions for, please register as a virtual participant. If you register as a physical participant, refund is not possible.
